I agree with opening up the wallets, but it's a baseless assumption to say that the "biggest" complainers about facilities are those who don't financially contribute. If you have proof of that, or even evidence, I'd like to see it. 

Otherwise, we should, instead, focus on encouraging everyone to contribute rather than throwing out shade where it may not be deserved.

1st- I said "seems like the biggest complainers ... ." and I took great care to write precisely, not mentioning or even suggesting one person on VS. But hey, you  have an enormous chip on your shoulder right?

I've raised seven figures for an alumni group of my alma mater  - the University of Florida -- and I have seen first hand the complainers in person. I've seen epic whining from alumni who love Gator football but won't even pay to join Gator Boosters. In person. Live and in color.  On campus and at alumni gatherings in places across the south.  Had many many beers and lots bourbon

 So save your silly comments like "baseless assumptions." And who the hell do you think you are demanding proof from me? Did I strike a nerve? Are you in for $1,000?

 For more than 37 years I've been involved raising money for UF and other groups across the USA. I can tell you with 100% confidence that the biggest complainers - in general with of course many exceptions are those who also happen to never contribute. 

 People on here  have noted correctly that the facilities need an upgrade. If some have not ponied up I stand by my suggestion - collect an amount as one group and hand over a wad of checks.
