basketball would be on the verge of winning their 25th regular season game this season! Not even the biggest sunshine pumpers like me. Some of us thought we would be pretty good and make the dance and maybe win some games but I just don't know anyone who thought we would win 25 regular season games. We haven't done it yet but I know all of us want them to beat Vandy Saturday and accomplish the unpredicted. I was very concerned about how the loss of big John E would effect their chemistry and it did have some effect but our Gators have dug deep and have their act together. I can't see how Mike White wouldn't be a lock for National Coach Of The Year honors if we beat Vandy. I can't see it but it could happen if we don't have some success in the dance and I think that would be very wrong. Coach White has drawn little to no recognition or consideration yet from the basketball media and it is unfair. I hope our guys kick some ass Saturday for him and the drum beat for the Gator Nation gets louder. The freaking elitist bastages and the media of collegiate basketball be damned.
