If that was a wire tap and it was leaked, is that a felony? So who approved the wire tap and was it authorized and by whom? It will be interesting to watch all of this be unpacked. Who leaked the info...the squeeze will be on. Folks will likely go to jail over this....============================== If intel is listening to foreign ambassadors & us citizen is on phone they're supposed to hang up unless there is a court ordered warrant for phone conversations to which the us citizen is a party. If director Comey and acting AG Yates had the transcripts of Flynn conversation(s?) w ambassador, i'm confident they knew the legality of the recording. As I've said before; the people who have clearances for this content know the punishment for the leaks. They believe it critical to national security, not to the political future of any administration to leak the info for whatever reason. Barack Obama's master plan: 1) Wiretap the opposition 2) Gather damaging info 3) Say nothing 4) Let him win 5) Ride off into the sunset |
