now Graham is saying let the ACA collapse..... what do you think about this strategy?

Trump and the GOPers run on repeal and replace as a top three campaign promise (remember: better, cheaper, coverage for all), they presumably won't get it done, so just step back and see what happens and root for it to collapse? I can't see how this will work out positively for republicans in midterms who ran almmost solely on repeal and replace, but then again, we just elected donald trump president, so who knows?

Sure I am biased, but they have full control of both houses of congress and a gop president, and they're considering doing nothing?
