The post-election Lounge reminds me of hearing play-by-play descriptions of college basketball by home announcers of each opposing team. It is early in the first minutes. Both sides are testing each other. Cheering loudly is fun, but doesn't mean squat.

During the Bush years, we read about what an idiot he was.  During the Obama years, we read about what a horrible president he was.  During the campaign, we read about Hillary's emails and her other bad deeds ad nauseum. 

We are in the early stages of this administration and  some of us are more appalled than others at the behavior and demeanor and discuss it here because we don't want to get into it with people in the real world.  That's what this place is for.  I get that it must be off-putting for those who are supporting the new president, and I'd likely feel the same way.
