Teams with more that three 5 star players in 2016; LSU went 8-4 UGA went 8-5 Auburn went 8-5 TAMU went 8-5 UCLA went 4-8 Ole Miss went 5-7 There were only 10 teams with more than 3 5* players. Anecdotally nodody on this board ever changes their mind about anything. That coaches might be better evaluators of talent than recruiting services. That building a team is important. That wanting to be part of a team is important. That playoff teams are often built on more than recruiting rankings. That fit and development are important. That winnng leads to better recruiting, not the other way around. That it takes time to rebuild from a bad coach. Recruiting rankings in of themselves are anecdotal, or maybe you can explain the science behind them. |
