if the government has a real need to build something that is really PUBLIC . . . like a highway, or a school, or something like that . . . and it is put thru the normal channels and the person is justly compensated . . . then due process and real public need would be satisfied . . . what happened in Kelo was not that. Take private property to give to another private entity should NEVER be done under eminent domain.

Unfortunately the "wall" would be public . . . stupid, irrational, and wasteful . . . but public.
