Message Replied To ========== Citizens United enabled this perversion. Probably the single worst SCOTUS decision of all time. It must be nullified if there is any hope of saving our republic. But with the stolen seat occupied by a fellow traveler, it isn't likely to happen soon. ============================== While two of those were eventually overturned one way or the other, they were egregiously horrible. Kelo needs its own Brown v Board to nullify it. |
