Without Deep Throat, there is no Watergate and no impeachment of Richard Nixon.============================== That tweet was not "news" it was "gossip". There is a reason why journalists have lost so much respect in this country. EVERY story now is an "anonymous source". Every story is a mini-Watergate. Name names or use the anonymous sources to build up to the real story before going public. Theconstant drip drip drip of anonymous sources that typically end up only as innuendo and never add up to a finished story discredits the entire profession. |
