and I know, some despise those of us who say this for not being able to comprehend that there can be another perspective on him.  But the "believe me", the "that I can tell you", the "many people are saying", the constant use of extreme exemplaries in everything he wants you to like...all the little speaking tools that characterize him, are all the tell-tale tools of a conman.  Maybe it's my experience in commercial real estate and 30+ years of dealing with arrogant developers, property owners and other cocky, successful big personalities....but I know the type.  He has no plan, no conviction, no real strategy, no nothing except feeding his ego and and his narcissistic machine.
