Message Replied To ========== We aren't in the throes of totalitarianism yet, but the pre-conditions are there Good article from Vox on Hannah Arendt, whose book I have on my Kindle app but haven't gotten very far into yet.============================== it's because the ground was tilled for decades by politicians usurping power not granted them and by Americans freely giving up rights and responsibilities over to the government, and ignoring the abuses when "our guys" are in charge. |
