Mark Fuhrman's presence, regardless of how much he was or was not involved, did not help. But does anyone think that OJ would have been acquitted if he were poor, or even middle class? He could afford the best defense that money could buy. He seemed to identify more with white fans, in both movies and in sports. He had no "urban accent". Nope, if all other facts were the same, and if he was Jamil from the hood, or Scott from the burbs, he'd be in San Quentin. Still. Where he should be right now.============================== person. That said, I think you are dead on. Justice in our country has price points. |
