And the assault on democracy continues will little limits or control.============================== 1. there is evidence of collusion with the Russians at this point from Trump 2. that all the pubs in the line of succession are equally as tainted by collusion 3. that 1 and 2 require a new election 4. that the election was tainted in any way 5. that Trump presents an extra-constitutional challenge to our democracy 6. that we need a legalistic reason, "treason", "collusion", etc to do away with Trump All we need is the political will to remove him and he'd be gone. Therefore our problems are not constitutional, or Russian . . . they are political. |

Why recourse was had to assassination in wch. he was not only deprived of his life but of the opportunity of vindicating his character. It wd. be the best way therefore to provide in the Constitution for the regular punishment of the Executive when his misconduct should deserve it, and for his honorable acquittal when he should be unjustly accused. |
