and I feel like before I say anything, I have to note what a great job law enforcement did in their response to Harvey.

But there have been two really black eyes this week that are getting buried in all the other news.

A sheriff deputy in Georgia was caught on tape telling a nervous white woman he had pulled over "we only shoot the black people"

A nurse was arrested very aggressively last night in Utah while doing her job and following not only hospital policy but the law, by refusing a police officer's demand that she draw blood, without a warrant or court order, from a comatose patient.

Unacceptable. I think the Georgia deputy has been fired, so the system worked in that case.==============================

Is that she was the only one arrested. Her manager and supervising physician should have stood up for her..to the point of being arrested as well.
