It's nothing fancy but worth a second helping. His primary business is lunch for working class folks. He's right next to the stadium so does all right on Jaguar and college gamedays. He'd built this place up to where it was making a steady profit but by no means is getting rich.

So about that Hurricane. The video below shows what he faced Monday morning. Today, he is meeting with his landlord's contractors to try and figure out the plan to get back in business.
