No one appears to be able to solve this problem with the lunatics and weapons so I'm all for taking away some civil liberties and privacy to improve my kids' chances of living to old age. ==============================I'll let mine face the world and prepare them the best I can. Lightning strikes, accidents happen, people act in unpredictable fashion, and cancer can befall anyone. I'm not going to advocate limiting our freedoms and hiding from life to try and reduce the odds of those things happening to as close to zero as possible. Enact the restrictions on those that create the danger, not on those who face it. |
