Message Replied To ========== That's a completely different discussion that we can have, but not as an escape from the current one * ============================== Why is it in the state's interest to violate the religious beliefs of private citizens to force them to pay for birth control as opposed to otger therapies? The answer is...there is no valid reason for birth control to have this special status. It was a political mandate, not a medical one. The individual rights in the Constitution take precedence over the social and political goals behind the mandate. |
