Message Replied To ========== Time to make a run at Frost * ============================== if we send the message that we fire coaches that quickly, good coaches won't want to come here. ie "Come to UF, clearly improve the record, win your division the first two years after we had not won it at all under the previous staff, but don't get the Offense really rolling in year 3 despite losing your starting QB, your two best players to suspension, your 2nd best WR to injury and one of your starting OL to injury and we'll fire your ass! We don't tolerate that kind of thing around here". Oh, and spend millions and millions to do so because we've got all that extra cash laying around with nothing better to do. |
