Message Replied To ========== He's right . . . UF should not have to pay for this. How do you balance that with the 1st? I dunno. But he's right.============================== UF's responsibility to the First Amendment is because it is a public institution of the State of Florida. UF has the responsibility of allowing free speech, but public safety and security is the responsibility of state law enforcement. The costs for that should come from the state and not money UF would use in its educational mission IMHO. |
