Had an extra fun time at the game tonight for a number of reasons...

1. My cousin is the Gardner-Webb head coach, which was a pretty cool tidbit I learned about a week ago. Even though they lost big, I was glad they played well for the tiny school that they are.

2. Our Russian grad transfer scored thirty zillion points.

3. Canyon Barry tore it up in the trombone section of the pep band, and then he spent the rest of the game sitting directly in front of me and humoring the many fans wanting selfies. He also got super excited when the walk-ons came out.  He seems like a great guy.  I wish I knew how to post my video of his trombone performance!
