it takes WAY more money to fix it than it would have taken to simply maintain it all along.  Cheaping out on Football was penny wise and pound foolish.  We need to never do that again.  Let Foley serve as a warning to others on what not to do.

Bad decisions were made up and down the chain, but UF's recent lack of investment in football facilities had nothing to do with them.

Its an easy thing to point out, and its appealing to do, b/c the real reasons we have struggled are not easy to figure out.

Hiring a good HC is hard, and a fair amount of it is good fortune.

And with the extreme lack of patience of the UF football community, unless your hire is really good and hits the ground running and generates consistent and close to immediate success, UF will fire its hire.

We are on a treadmill of fail now, and based on the tone and attitude of most of the posts here, we are not yet close to getting off.
