1) His energy--he has intense competitive drive. I don't think he'll ever get lazy and i think he's detail oriented.
2) He doesn't futz around and gets to the point. Doesn't d*ck around too much w/ coach-speak.
3) He has an edge to his personality. Maybe a little chip on the shoulder which is a good thing--keeps you focused because he has something to prove. Always good to have a little dirt in the snoot to keep things in perspective..
4) I think he knows how to deal w/ the expectation at Florida. If y'all remember what an insane asylum it was around gville in 08 w/ Tebow--it was a 24 hr news cycle in itself. When they are burning, the lights burn very bright at Florida and if you don't understand that or how to deal w/ it you will get crushed. It's not just being in the SEC--it's being at Florida in the SEC which is twice the heat and pressure. Everyone wants to beat you. And you are expected to win championships. I honestly don't think Frost would've been able to deal w/ it all here and good on him because he recognized that and passed.
5) That said, Mullen still stepped-up to the monster knowing all this and that takes balls..so kudos, Dan
