First, I think he brought too many people in, and for what?  They all had emotional stories...most stories dealing with horrible violence, but what connection did they really have to anything Trump was proposing or discussing?  Those people were props, and he used way too many of them.

The rest of his speech was the same old lies, and taking credit for things he didn't do, and proposing things that won't likely get done.  If you look past his incredibly bleak view of the world, it wasn't terrible, but I certainly wouldn't call it excellent.

BTW, Kennedy's response was painful to watch.  What a stiff.
