Mullen picked up: Langham, Chatfield, Jones, Dean, Watkins.....but then again we lost a 4 star QB and two 4 star WRs and a 4 star CB.  So net/net Mullen is dead even on 4 stars.  That’s not awful but please, let’s pump the brakes on fluffing Mullen for a good number of 4 stars.  Most of them were Mac’s.  And for those who want to go for the desperation save by mentioning two transfer 4 star WRs under Mullen, fine......but now you have to add 4 star transfer OL Jean Delance under Mac who counts as part of this class.

How many 4 stars did Mac inherit from Chump in 2015?    ZERO!  Big fat goose egg.

and now for the required disclaimers......yes I know this board only too well.....no Mac did not get it done and yes, he needed to go.  Yes his recruiting in his 2nd and 3rd classes was not good enough.  That said, he had largely fixed it and did hand Mullen a VASTLY better class than Chump handed him and he had half the time to recruit Mullen did in his transition year.  Next year will tell us a lot about Mullen’s recruiting.

I don't follow the logic of why it's important.
