it was mine too...SOS spoiled us and we got use to, VERY USE TO, the way his offense could strike and score a lot of points! With that said take a look around and I think you'll see the majority of games are played close. Zook and company are right in there and getting the job done and I for one am extemely proud of them. They have a horse in the race and although they may not finish by 20 lengths they are crossing the finish line 1st! SOS teams were exciting to watch because they just lit up the score board and you could normally light the victory cigar in the 3rd quarter. Zooks teams are exciting to watch because they are playing/competing and most importantly winning in close battles and we now have to wait till the final gun to light up that victory stogie. In Zook and company, we now know, is a team that can compete and win in close battles or where we may fall behind in the score, they don't come undone when they are down by points they battle back, you couldn't always say that about an SOS team. Here's to our Gators, I believe we have seen the program rise to a new level, Zook has taken a coaching staff and young team and turned them into winners. They did it with alot of character and maturity in the face of negative public scrutiny that would have and has turned other teams against themself. SOS certainly raised the bar, but so has Zook.
