No way Trump wins a second term now.  In fact I’m giving even odds he doesn’t get out of the primary.  Conservatives that accepted him as an alternative to HRC but didn’t vote for him counted on a few things.  

First, he would surround himself with true business people whom he would listen to.  He had some bright people but with the exit of Cohn and Tillerson that stable is empty. We have Perry, DeVos and Carson.  The last two have some credentials, just not in the area they are expected to lead.  It’s been shown that he can’t listen to people who have more knowledge if it doesn’t agree with his point of view.

Second, he would work with these business leaders to fix a bloated government bureaucracy.  Nope.  He ruins a chance to restructure our tax code and give our corporations a fighting chance by not tying it to spending reductions.  He threatens tariffs then steps back and now doubles up.  Holy #badword# I hope he appoints Kudlow but I’m afraid that wouldn’t last long.

I don’t believe the narrative on this board that those of us who didn’t vote for HRC really wanted everything we are seeing now.  It sucks big time.  I appreciate another conservative Supreme Court Justice but damn, how long can we hang our hat on that one?

Losing Cohn and Tillerson can be remedied.  The reason for their dismissal cannot.
