Might've been Neitzsche that said that until someone is faced with a choice--even one of great evil--we don't know how we'll react.

So,when it comes to someone talking about or making a decision  or passing a law on something like a massive gun buyback or implementation of an Australian-style gun control or worse or even better,I'm not trusting anyone anytime soon.

In my lifetime, this country has moved well away from what appeared to be established cultural or legal norms thanks to lawmakers and judges.So 10 has a point.

As far as I know, JPS conducted himself well while on SCOTUS. I have no issue with what he said from a procedural standpoint, and he didn't state such a view while he was on the court. I'm sure mindsets impact decisions, but that's why there are 9 of them and not 3.
