No...I have always found the honest approach has served me well in my industry.  One deal isn't worth my integrity in an industry comprised (on the local level) of a pretty close-knit core of people who I, for the most part respect and who I believe feel the same about me.

To be fair, I try not to get involved with people I don't trust, so I am not in the position of having to slather praise upon a scumbag.  I try not to be involved with properties I don't believe in, so I don't have to lie about their value.

I don't respect people who are dishonest in business.
