Message Replied To ========== I understand that you and others here think that electricity in PR should have been restored... overnight. That's an incredibly naive view. Perhaps you should read the IEEE article I posted above that helps you understand the enormity of the situation.============================== enormity of the challenge of restoring PR’s electric grid — I have a fair mount of emergency management experience. I do question our response, as everyone should... we question our response to every disaster of that magnitude and learn from mistakes. This Admin claims to have made none... some here want to blame everything on PR and even (as above) make insinuations that the whole thing was 100% their fault and somehow to their benefit... that’s what I have a problem with. |
