Message Replied To ========== In retrospect, the KY loss was the best thing that could have happened. May have been just the wake-up we needed. A dose of reality that seemed to have got the players listening to the coaches, and realizing the wins don't come just because you're wearing a Gators jersey. Looks like they've now seen how working hard in practice and paying attention to your individual assignment ultimately pays off. We're learning what it takes to win in the SEC. There is hope. ============================== we have true leadership and it shows. The players are being coached and developed. They're not world beaters, but these coaches are getting the best out of them and that's what we need this year. I am very happy with what I see, and I know we got our guy. And as for Kentucky, I'm not worried long term about them at all. Give me a Mullen coached team with all of his guys, and he'll beat Stoops 90% of the time. |
