Many have commented on photographs and stories of trips with my Dad the past couple of years. He is on another journey now, but I can’t go. Not yet, anyway. After enjoying his 98th birthday Sunday with my brother and our families, Dad joined Jesus and our Mom early this morning. He knew he was leaving soon and made sure we could say goodbye before departing while we slept. Dad never wanted anyone to make a fuss. |
