Let's look to see who is "squealing" with joy over Trump's declaration,  the people to whom he is pandering-

Xenophobes,  the KKK,  neo-nazis and other white supremacists,  and lastly....just plain old racists. Because this issue has only circulated within those groups until Trump brought it up for actual consideration. In fact,  the Southern Poverty Law Center traced the push for this cause to white supremacist groups.
