It's called accountability. Reminds me of a friend who we all knew was gay. He swore up and down he wasn't. He wasn't attracted to women and he had sex with men, but "only when drunk." He drank frequently. You defend Trump with such frequency, consistency, and vigor that you can no longer hide behind the false claim that you don't support him. The line between playing devil's advocate and advocating for the devil himself has long since been cleared. Words and actions produce consequence. |
