Message Replied To ========== Once in a while, Justice prevails...DNA evidence clears man on Florida's death row for 10 years state agrees to drop charges and release him.============================== I have grown older. Certainly there are instances where one could make a case for capital punishment, but I have become a proponent of life in prison sentencing upon conviction of such crimes. And while not exclusively due to mistakes which have been made, it certainly is one compelling argument against the DP, imo. |
