had a couple of friends in their 50's pass away last week.  both found the same day.  one by his father and one by his daughter.  both sitting in their recliners peacefully.   I will not sit in a recliner anytime soon.  they are dangerous.

we had some little 13 yr old girl from Fort Myers get some friends and they raised about $10,000 and brought it to Mexico Beach.  they are going to bring another $10,000 in February.  these "little" kids are amazing.  they had never been to MB and I'm sure never heard of it, but came and saw the devastation. oh yeah, and we had 2,700 dwellings and now less than 400.  38 businesses that are all gone but a couple back with food trucks.

if you are able and can help, send these kids some money.  even if a few bucks. or just share with your friends.

and you have to laugh at a lot of stuff, because we live in a crazy time now, but this is the latest from our sheriff's office.

PSA

It has come to our attention that approximately 10 cows are roaming and seem to have taken homestead on the south end of Henderson Road.

The cows appear to be a mixture of black and white, solid black and possibly two reddish brown ones.  Due to them having yellow tags in their left ear we assume they belong to a farmer near the Area.

If these are your cows or you know who the cows belong to please contact the Jackson County Sheriffs Office.
