SEC, SEC, SEC, SEC, SEC, SEC!!  UF GATORS = #1!!       

AWSOME, AWESOME GAME!!  

The "boys" really wanted to win our first SEC title.  They played outstanding ball - esp. the first 15 mins.  Aggressive on the boards and UK just could not get anything started.  Defense won the game.  I can not believe we held them to just 53 points.   I would have never guessed that!! 

53 lousey points!!  Thank you Larry Shyatt!!   Not UK's day but it sure was the GATORS!!   

Thank God for Matt Walsh!!   We had not scored in 6 mins. and UK was up 44 - 40 before he hit the 2 3 pointers in a row!!  Walsh Saved our bacon and saved the day!!  Thank you Matt!!  It was all Gators from then on out until the end.........  Great feeling!!

It was also Great to watch the team cut down the nets!!   The "boys" were very happy.   Lee, Walsh, Richards with grins from ear to ear!! Noah and then Green and Roberson doing little dance moves.  Moss came up into the stands right next to me and gave his brother a SEC Champion t-shirt (big Kid) hugged his dad and gave him the hat.  Walsh hugging his Dad (?) after winning the MVP award!!   WHOOOOOO HOOOOOO.     Go Gators!!

Of the 24,428 in attendance at the Dome 428 were Gators and the other 24,000 were the UK faithfull.  I don't think I have ever been to an event like that and been so outnumbered.   With about 3:00 min remaining and UF up by 15 many UK fans headed for the exits and you could finally hear our cheers!!  Billy played the young guys A LOT!!  Green,  Richards,  Brewer is an animal.  Very Atlethtic on his two break-away scores. Really an awsome day.  My seats were EXCELLENT (about 4 rows up behind Tubby) Do you know who was sitting behind me?  The Georgia Govenor -  Sonny Purdue!!    My seats were better than his!!                                                                                                                (Stupid me did not bring a camera or even my cell phone inside.          Dumb, dumb.   Oh well!! )

Anyway - more later.   Just had to share what a GREAT day it was to be a FLORIDA GATOR!!
