The penalties were killer. Not sure what to think about them, also the lack of urgency at the end was puzzling. 12 men on the field at the end is inexcuseable.

Chris Leak has been a great Gator to this point, I have no doubt he gives everything he has, not sure it is enough though. I'd like to see Meyer bring in Brent Schaefer next year to give a run for the starting job. I do hope fans will lay off Leak a bit though.

A small part of me is happy for Spurrier, not for beating the Gators, but for succeeding where many thought he could not. The man is a GREAT college coach, Perhaps the best ever in the SEC (yeah, I've heard of the Bear)

I completely disagree with the fans who say this team has no heart or pride. They battled never gave up (4th down conversions). Sometimes you just hit a buzzsaw and today the buzzsaw was a well coached team who made very few mistakes.

Losing sucks.

I really believe SOS had mixed emotions about the outcome. Obviously he wanted to win but he looked pained by it for a few moments.

We still have a chance to go 3-0 against our biggest rivals. Winning all 3 will ease the pain a bit.
