Why isn't there a playoff for America's Meanest City? Little Rock was #1 last year and we have not done anything to lose our title! We don't feed them, we don't clothe them, short of lining them up against the wall - what more can we do to retain our title! They should let us decide this on the field in a playoff system rather than have some stupid polls decide who is #1. I bet these guys who voted in this poll have never even been to Little Rock, if they had they would be run out of town, (I hear that is what we do with the homeless). But no, the fat cats who make their money off of the stupid Homeless Championship Series (HCS) sacrifice the true glory of Little Rock for the paper champion/primadonnas/johnny-come-lately's from Sarasota.
