you can define lie a couple different ways. My definition is:

1. Something meant to deceive or give a wrong impression.

IMO, my use of the word defined that way is consistent with what occurred here. The president clearly is attempting to give the impression that the inspectors were not able to do their job, that they were being denied the access required to do their job. That simply was not true.

If you or Albert want to cut the POTUS some slack and use a more technical definition of the word lie and parse his statements in a way that you can find a molecule of truth, so be it. I will not.
